Seller Agency
We represent the seller,
seeking to market their property at the highest price, and under the terms most
attractive to them.
Buyer Agency
We represent the buyer,
helping them identify and/or acquire a property which meets their needs, at the
right price and terms.
This agency arrangement is one in which we represent both the seller and buyer, and is offered infrequently. On those occasions when it is utilized, this service is typically provided after the buyer and seller have reached some level of agreement independent of an agent, and want to have a real estate professional assist them in completing the transaction.
Page Johnston is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser, which is the highest level of appraiser credentialing recognized by the State of Nebraska. As such, he is available to perform appraisals of real estate for use in lending considerations, estate planning and settlement, consideration of sale or purchase, or for other intended uses. All of his appraisals are performed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
