traditionally utilized as pasture for livestock grazing. In 1991 the
Wauneta Country Club purchased the parcel and established a sand green
golf course on the property. During this period the Club also improved
the land with an 18 foot by 36 foot frame building which has served as
their golf clubhouse. There is a stock well with submersible pump on the
property, and the perimeter of the property is fenced with wood posts and barbed wire.
This is an attractive piece of land suitable to a variety of uses.
